- ½ 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ 1/2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tbsp sugar
- ½ 1/4 cups milk
- ½ egg egg
- 1 ½ tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat (~350°F).
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. When bubbles appear and the edges look set (~2 min), flip and cook until golden (~2 min).
- Repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot with syrup or toppings.
