- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- ½ 1/4 cup gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- 2 cups cooked steamed rice
- 2 baby bok choy, halved
- ½ tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger to make the glaze.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and glazed.
- While the salmon is baking, heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the bok choy halves and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until slightly charred and tender.
- Serve the gochujang glazed salmon with steamed rice and bok choy.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
