Ingredients(scaled)

  • ½ cup jasmine rice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ Zest of 1 lime
  • ½ Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk, water, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.
