Ingredients(scaled)

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado avocado
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • ½ cucumber cucumber
  • ¾ cups cherry tomatoes
  • medium red onion
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon dill

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
