Ingredients(scaled)

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 scoops whey protein powder
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • ½ 1/2 tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • ½ large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ Cooking spray or additional butter for cooking

Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter or oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

  8. Enjoy your protein-packed breakfast!
