  • 1 ripe avocados
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
