- 1 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

- ½ Optional toppings: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, additional peanut butter
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Stir in oats and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency.
