- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ 1/4 cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- ½ 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cold butter, cubed
- ½ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ Maple syrup and fresh berries for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Place the cubed sourdough bread in the prepared baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
