- ½ tsp honey
- ½ Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ 1/2 cup sour cream
- ½ tbsp lime juice
- ½ 1/2 tsp lime zest
- ½ 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- ½ Salt to taste
- 4 small flour or corn tortillas
- ½ Lime wedges
- ½ Chopped cilantro
- ½ Sliced radishes
- ½ Sliced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix oil, lemon juice, and spices. Coat fish and bake for 12–15 min until flaky.
- Combine slaw ingredients in a bowl; refrigerate until ready to use.
- Whisk lime crema ingredients together; adjust seasoning as needed.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or oven.
- Flake fish into chunks. Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, lime crema, and toppings.
- Serve with extra lime wedges for squeezing over tacos.
