Ingredients(scaled)

  • ½ lb firm white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
  • ½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • ½ 1/2 tsp paprika
  • ½ 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cups shredded cabbage
  • ½ carrot, julienned
  • ½ 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ½ Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ 1/2 cup sour cream
  • ½ tbsp lime juice
  • ½ 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • ½ 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ Salt to taste
  • 4 small flour or corn tortillas
  • ½ Lime wedges
  • ½ Chopped cilantro
  • ½ Sliced radishes
  • ½ Sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix oil, lemon juice, and spices. Coat fish and bake for 12–15 min until flaky.
  3. Combine slaw ingredients in a bowl; refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Whisk lime crema ingredients together; adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or oven.
  6. Flake fish into chunks. Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, lime crema, and toppings.
  7. Serve with extra lime wedges for squeezing over tacos.
