Ingredients(scaled)

  • 1 large red bell peppers
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • ½ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the skins are charred.
  3. Remove the peppers from the oven and place them in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let them steam for 10 minutes.
