- 6 oz ziti pasta
- 1 cups marinara sauce
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ bell pepper, chopped
- ½ zucchini, chopped
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium; sauté garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta, sautéed vegetables, marinara, ricotta, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish; sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
