- ½ clove garlic, minced
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ Pinch of paprika
- ½ Pinch of dried thyme
- ½ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sausage, breaking it up with a spatula and cook until browned.
- Add onions, garlic, sweet potatoes, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add toddler-sized sausage links, breaking them up as needed and cook until browned.
