Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
