  • ½ 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • ½ 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
