- 2 large whole wheat flatbreads or tortillas
- 1 cups chopped mixed vegetables (bell peppers, tomatoes, onions)
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- ½ 1/2 tsp garam masala
- ½ 1/2 tsp chili powder
- ½ 1/2 tsp salt
- ½ 1/4 tsp black pepper
- ½ 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ 1/2 cup plain yogurt (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add vegetables, turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro. Remove from heat.
- Warm flatbreads/tortillas; spoon vegetable mixture onto each.
- Roll up tightly; serve with yogurt on the side.
