Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, casein, and whey. Stir to evenly distribute.
- Add almond milk, orange juice, yogurt (if using), honey, vanilla, salt, and citrus zests. Mix until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight; thin with a splash more milk if too thick.
