- 2 cups water
- 2 black tea bags
- ½ 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- ½ Ice cubes
- ½ Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the black tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.
- Transfer the sweet tea to a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled sweet tea over the ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
