- 2 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 1/4 tsp dried sage
- 2 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 2 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
- 2 small sweet potato, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Mix ground chicken with salt, pepper, sage, thyme, red pepper until well combined.
- Form into small sausage patties.
- Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook sausage patties 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil, sweet potatoes, and onions.
- Sauté sweet potatoes and onions for about 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle parsley and serve sausage with sweet potato hash.
