Ingredients(scaled)

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 ½ tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • ½ Sesame seeds and sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Flip salmon and spoon miso maple glaze over the top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until salmon is cooked through and glazed.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
