- 1 ½ tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
- ½ Sesame seeds and sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip salmon and spoon miso maple glaze over the top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until salmon is cooked through and glazed.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
