Instructions

- 3. Place 1 heaping teaspoon filling in center of each wrapper; wet edges, fold to seal into half-moon, pinching with a light seal; repeat.
- 4. Brush tops lightly with oil; steam 4 min over a shallow pan of simmering water, then pan-fry 2 min per side until wrappers are lightly golden and crisp.
- 5. Serve warm with a dip of soy-sunflower or chili oil; garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
