- 2 salmon fillets
- ⅔ 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ⅓ tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ⅔ tbsp lemon juice
- ⅔ clove garlic, minced
- ⅔ 1/2 tsp salt
- ⅔ 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium potatoes
- ⅔ tbsp olive oil
- ⅔ Salt and pepper to taste
- ⅔ Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, grated cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat salmon in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill salmon for 4–5 minutes per side.
- For the baked potatoes, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 45–60 minutes.
- Serve grilled salmon with baked potatoes and desired toppings.
