  • ½ lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, fish fillets) cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ 1/2 tsp cumin
  • ½ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ garlic clove
  • ½ 1/2 tsp honey or agave syrup
  • ½ 1/4 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Season seafood with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook seafood until opaque and lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, honey, cumin, and remaining olive oil.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave. Assemble tacos with seafood and drizzle with cilantro sauce. Serve.
