- 1 ⅓ ripe avocados
- 1 ⅓ tablespoons lime juice
- ⅓ teaspoon salt
- 1 ⅓ tablespoons fresh cilantro
- ⅔ tablespoon red onion
- ⅓ jalapeño jalapeño
- ⅓ tomato tomato
- ⅔ batch vegetable sticks for dipping
- ⅔ batch carrot sticks
- ⅔ batch cucumber sticks
Instructions
- Halve and pit the avocados, scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash to your preferred texture.
- Stir in lime juice, salt, chopped cilantro, finely minced red onion, jalapeño, and diced tomato.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional lime juice or salt as desired.
- Arrange veggie sticks (carrot, cucumber) on a platter and serve with the guacamole for dipping.
