Ingredients(scaled)

  • 1 ⅓ ripe avocados
  • 1 ⅓ tablespoons lime juice
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 ⅓ tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • tablespoon red onion
  • jalapeño jalapeño
  • tomato tomato
  • batch vegetable sticks for dipping
  • batch carrot sticks
  • batch cucumber sticks

Instructions

  1. Halve and pit the avocados, scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash to your preferred texture.
  2. Stir in lime juice, salt, chopped cilantro, finely minced red onion, jalapeño, and diced tomato.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional lime juice or salt as desired.
  4. Arrange veggie sticks (carrot, cucumber) on a platter and serve with the guacamole for dipping.
