Garlic Herb Airfryer Potatoes

Ingredients(scaled)

  • ¾ lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • ½ 1/2 tsp paprika
  • ½ Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the airfryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Airfry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the airfryer and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
