- ¾ lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- ½ 1/2 tsp paprika
- ½ Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the airfryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the airfryer basket in a single layer.
- Airfry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the airfryer and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
