Ingredients(scaled)

  • 1 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • ½ cup diced onion (optional, omit if strictly salt-free and garlic-free)
  • 1 ½ cups dried chipotle chili peppers, rehydrated and chopped
  • 1 cups apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
