Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle lime juice and olive oil over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper, and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
- Serve the mango avocado salad chilled and enjoy!
