Mango Avocado Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle lime juice and olive oil over the salad.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
  4. Serve the mango avocado salad chilled and enjoy!
