- 1 ⅓ tbsp cold butter
- 1 ⅓ tbsp flour
- 1 ⅓ tbsp brown sugar
- ⅔ 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line 6 muffin cups with liners.
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Toss blueberries with 2 tbsp flour to coat, then fold into the batter gently.
- Divide batter among muffin cups. Mix 2 tbsp flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter to make crumble; sprinkle over muffins.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
