- 2 cod fillets
- ½ 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cod fillet in melted butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
