Ingredients(scaled)

  • 2 cod fillets
  • ½ 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cod fillet in melted butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the fish.
