- ⅔ 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- ⅔ 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- ⅔ Grated Parmesan cheese

- 4 oz grilled shrimp or scallops (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cherry tomatoes with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Cook linguine according to package instructions; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Combine cooked pasta with roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, and a splash of pasta water.
- Serve with grilled shrimp or scallops if desired, topped with Parmesan, basil, and a squeeze of lemon.
