Ingredients(scaled)

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • ½ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • ½ Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp sriracha sauce
  • ½ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 2 hamburger buns, toasted
  • ½ Lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices
  • ½ French fries
  • ½ Onion rings
  • ½ Pickles
  • ½ Cold beer
  • ½ Iced tea
  • ½ Lemonade

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Preheat a skillet over high heat. Place a patty on the skillet and smash with a spatula. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Flip the patty, add cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes for medium doneness.
  4. Mix mayo, sriracha, and smoked paprika for the spicy mayo.
  5. Spread spicy mayo on toasted buns. Place lettuce, burger patty, tomato, and onion on each bun.
  6. Serve hot with optional sides and drinks.
