- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
- ½ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ 1/2 tsp onion powder
- ½ Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp sriracha sauce
- ½ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 slices pepper jack cheese
- 2 hamburger buns, toasted
- ½ Lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices
- ½ French fries
- ½ Onion rings
- ½ Pickles
- ½ Cold beer
- ½ Iced tea
- ½ Lemonade
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a skillet over high heat. Place a patty on the skillet and smash with a spatula. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Flip the patty, add cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes for medium doneness.
- Mix mayo, sriracha, and smoked paprika for the spicy mayo.
- Spread spicy mayo on toasted buns. Place lettuce, burger patty, tomato, and onion on each bun.
- Serve hot with optional sides and drinks.
