- 2 oz sliced turkey breast
- 2 slices mild cheddar cheese
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cups assorted fruit wedges (melon, pineapple, grapes)
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and brush with olive oil; you should see a light shimmer.
- Lay 1 tortilla in the skillet, top with 1 oz turkey and 1 slice cheddar, then cover with a second tortilla.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Transfer to a warm plate and repeat with the remaining fillings.
