- ½ 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ Extra butter for brushing

- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, yogurt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a teardrop shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Place a rolled-out naan on the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form.
- Flip the naan and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown spots appear.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Brush the cooked naan with garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
- Repeat with the remaining dough portions.
