Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 8-10 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Layer each chicken breast with 2 slices of mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves.
- Fold the chicken breasts over to close the stuffing and secure with toothpicks if needed.
