Oven-Baked Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6-8 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon wedges for serving
  • 1 Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the maple glaze over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
