Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6-8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon wedges for serving
- 1 Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the maple glaze over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
