- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup snap peas
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- 1 ½ cloves garlic, minced
- ½ Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the bell peppers, snap peas, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan.
- Pour in the honey garlic sauce and stir well to coat everything. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
