Buffalo Chicken Sub
A delicious and spicy buffalo chicken sub sandwich, perfect for a satisfying lunch for four people.

- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- ½ 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- ½ 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 2 sub rolls
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ large tomato, sliced
- ½ 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 2 slices provolone or blue cheese
- ½ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken slices with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Spread the chicken slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Split the sub rolls in half lengthwise and lightly toast them.
- Spread ranch or blue cheese dressing on the inside of each roll.
- Layer the bottom half of each roll with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, and a slice of cheese.
- Place the cooked buffalo chicken slices on top of the cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the sub roll.
- Serve the buffalo chicken subs hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.
