Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil and wire rack.
  2. Toss wings with maple syrup, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; arrange on rack.
  3. Roast 25 minutes, flip, then roast 10 minutes more until crisp and caramelized.
  4. Meanwhile, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, and salt; bake on a separate sheet 25–30 minutes until tender and edges browning.
  5. Mix mango, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt for salsa; chill until serving.
  6. Serve wings with roasted potatoes and mango salsa; finish with a light drizzle of any pan glaze if desired.
