- ½ tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ 1/2 tsp baking soda
- ½ 1/4 tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
- ½ large egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg with milk and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir gently until combined, do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat, lightly grease.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; cook 2-3 min until bubbles form and edges look set.
- Flip and cook another 1-2 min until golden brown. Serve warm.
