Classic Guacamole with Veggie Dippers
A traditional mashed avocado dip served with crunchy veggie dippers for a light, fresh snack.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon red onion
- 0.5 jalapeño
- 0.5 tomato
- 1 batch vegetable sticks for dipping
- 1 batch carrot sticks
- 1 batch cucumber sticks
Instructions
- Halve and pit the avocados, scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash to your preferred texture.
- Stir in lime juice, salt, chopped cilantro, finely minced red onion, jalapeño, and diced tomato.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional lime juice or salt as desired.
- Arrange veggie sticks (carrot, cucumber) on a platter and serve with the guacamole for dipping.
