Ingredients
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, fish fillets) cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 1/4 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Season seafood with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook seafood until opaque and lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, honey, cumin, and remaining olive oil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave. Assemble tacos with seafood and drizzle with cilantro sauce. Serve.
