Herb Butter Corn on the Cob

Delicious white corn on the cob boiled to perfection and served with flavorful herb butter, a perfect side dish for four people.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of white corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the husked corn to the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is tender.
  3. While the corn is cooking, prepare the herb butter by mixing together the softened butter, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Once the corn is cooked, remove from the water and let it cool slightly.
  5. Spread the herb butter generously over each ear of corn.
  6. Serve the herb butter corn on the cob hot and enjoy!
