Herb Butter Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 4 ears of white corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the husked corn to the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is tender.
- While the corn is cooking, prepare the herb butter by mixing together the softened butter, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Once the corn is cooked, remove from the water and let it cool slightly.
- Spread the herb butter generously over each ear of corn.
- Serve the herb butter corn on the cob hot and enjoy!
